Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager for its JCPenney location to build a high-performing team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will recruit, train, and lead associates while driving sales, managing store operations, and ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• Occasional travel to other store locations and district meetings.
