Job summary

Spirit Halloween Store in Maryland seeks a Store Manager to oversee the entire store operation, drive sales and profitability, and maintain exceptional Guest Services. You will control expenses, shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the seasonal setup/teardown of the store.

Role requires 8+ hours standing/walking, ladder use, and lifting up to 50 pounds; prior retail management experience is required. Flexible schedule and minimum age 21 are needed.
