Skechers is seeking a Store Manager in New Jersey to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining top-tier visual merchandising standards. You will oversee daily operations and inventory management while upholding the Skechers brand values.

Reporting to the Store Leadership team, you will recruit, train, and motivate staff, manage schedules, and ensure a welcoming store environment that reflects our value and performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Prior retail or hospitality leadership experience is a plus.
• Sales targets and customer service focus are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to drive sales and customer service.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product presentation across the store.
• Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of store staff.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operations.
