Kiokii Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our East Rutherford location. You will lead daily operations, optimize staff performance, and drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and trend analysis to align with head office goals.

The position entails implementing marketing plans, managing stock, and onboarding new hires while maintaining a high-energy, service-oriented store environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years of retail experience with at least 4 years in store management.
• Must be passionate about Asian beauty industry and eager to learn about trends.

• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling shifts, meetings, and calendars.
• Lead the team to drive sales and ensure exceptional in-store customer experience.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales and performance.
• Implement systems, policies, and standards for consistency and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends to forecast demand and inform head office reporting.
• Document sales and revenue for head office reporting.
• Monitor customer service standards and address issues promptly with management.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires; provide on-site training.
• Motivate staff to maintain high morale and customer service quality.
• Manage stock levels and inventory accuracy; minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate with head office and suppliers on budgets and weekly restocking.
• Support store opening and setup; perform additional duties as needed.
