Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve sales goals. You will maintain top-tier visual merchandising standards, drive store operations, and manage inventory with a focus on profitability and growth.

You will coach and develop staff, recruit and train new teammates, and oversee scheduling and daily processes to ensure an efficient, inviting store environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Prior retail manager or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to drive sales and customer service.
• Ensure high-quality product presentation and store layout through visual merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and retain Skechers store employees to meet company goals.
