FEATURE is seeking a Store Manager for our San Diego, CA location to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver the All Things Good customer experience. The role requires building a high-performing team, ensuring inventory accuracy, scheduling, and payroll compliance.

You will partner with District Management and maintain strong customer relationships while upholding FEATURE brand standards. Four+ years of retail management and strong leadership are required.

Formación

• Four or more years of progressive retail management experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong business acumen to analyze sales, payroll, inventory and operations.
• Experience with retail POS, inventory management, scheduling and workforce systems; Shopify, Deposco, ADP a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store leadership and team development to achieve sales goals.
• Oversee inventory movement, stockroom accuracy, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure company standards, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for improvement.
• Maintain scheduling, payroll, and compliance with store policies and California law.
