Alliance North Corp. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations in our San Diego, CA location. This full-time role involves managing daily tasks, leading a team, and driving sales growth. As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience and fostering a productive work environment.

Day-to-day tasks include managing inventory, scheduling staff, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You'll also work on sales targets, marketing initiatives, and store maintenance to enhance the shopping experience.

The Store Manager will work with a team of employees in a retail environment. The workplace is located in San Diego, CA, and requires a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.

The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $79,998 per year, providing a competitive compensation package. In addition to the base salary, employees are eligible for comprehensive health insurance coverage, which includes medical, dental, and vision plans.
