Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager for our Lawrence Township location. The Store Manager will oversee the total operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Responsibilities include establishing guest services, managing inventory, and controlling expenses.

Qualified candidates must have prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and be able to meet the physical demands of standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 21 years.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift/move 50 lbs.
