Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's Sunglass Hut in Hawaii seeks a Store Manager to lead on the sales floor, coach the team, and deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience that drives sales. You will model exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and inspire associates to represent the brand with integrity.

You will stay current with product trends, lead staff development, and ensure impeccable execution of policies while maintaining brand standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail.
• Demonstrated expertise in every aspect of store operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution.
• Ability to use critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the operational components of the store.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes Sunglass Hut Experience tools to deliver sales plan and company objectives.
• Develops the store's strategic plan to achieve financial results.
• Drives sales by identifying opportunities to achieve personal and store goals.
• Coaches, develops, mentors and inspires the team to enhance store performance.
• Networks, recruits, hires to staffing needs, and trains using onboarding tools.
