Qualifications

• Assists General Manager in all aspects of daily shift management, including customer relations, inventory control, procedural tasks and paperwork, as well as visual merchandising.
• Maintains both individual and shift sales.
• Provides daily shift floor coverage.
• Provides security & loss prevention in store.
• Oversees contest management (Tracking Results & Coaching Performance).
• Performs maintenance of store.
• Opens and closes store.
• Ensures minimum sales volumes are maintained for Store to qualify for Assistant-Manager position.
• Holds accountability for store sales and metrics.
• Holds accountability for stock and merchandise flow.
• Takes lead role in store sales and selling practices.
• Maintains company standards regarding store sales/performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily shift management and tasks such as customer relations, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain and drive both individual and shift sales performance.
• Provide daily floor coverage and security oversight.
• Oversee loss prevention and store safety measures.
• Lead store sales strategies and coaching to improve performance.
• Open and close the store and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor stock and merchandise flow to ensure availability and presentation.
• Uphold brand standards and performance metrics across shifts.
