Sally Beauty is looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager in Ann Arbor, Michigan, to lead their team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals, managing store operations, and developing your team in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management, and a love for the beauty industry. The position offers opportunities for career growth, flexible schedules, and a generous product discount.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Ensure a great customer experience and custom-fit solutions for hair and beauty needs.
• Achieve sales goals by overseeing all store operations, maintaining budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring all staff follows safety and security rules and procedures.
