Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by leading and coaching the team to deliver memorable service.
• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, manage budget, control expenses, and handle inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies.
• Maintain an inviting store appearance and presentation.
