Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to adapt in a fast-changing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Lead customer engagement through social media and clienteling.
• Maintain operational structure with delegation and autonomy.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, schedules and external factors.
• Communicate trends with retail leadership and HQ.
• Run sales reports to guide strategy.
• Merchandise the store and launch promos on time.
• Mentor and recognize staff to build bench.
