Job summary

Jersey Hired is seeking a Store Manager in Edison, NJ to oversee the total operation of the store, drive sales and profitability, and maintain exemplary Guest Services. The role requires prior retail management experience, a 21+ age, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include shrink control, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and seasonal setup/teardown while ensuring safe, efficient operations and a strong guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Flexible schedule.
• 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, setup of fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of the store to maximize sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain Guest Services and control expenses.
• Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup and teardown of seasonal store.
• Ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming shopping environment for guests.
