Job summary

Giant is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will oversee customer experience, training, staffing, payroll, budgeting, and compliance with all policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate has prior store management experience, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a proven track record in labor management and inventory control. Regional travel within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams across multiple stores or a large single store.
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, track, and report weekly sales programs.
• Manage payroll, budgets, and store expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Giant programs and local/state/federal laws.
• Handle hiring, attendance, retention and performance management.
• Lead and develop store management and associates.
