Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, staffing, training and performance management. You will drive sales, ensure proper inventory, and uphold safety and cash controls across the store.

You will recruit, train and coach associates, ensure excellent customer service, and enforce company policies and procedures. The role requires strong leadership and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic accounting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
