Famous Footwear is seeking a Store Manager in Red Wing, MN to lead the store team and deliver an exceptional shoe shopping experience for families. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across pricing, shipments, and inventory while coaching talent and driving sales targets.

You’ll foster a culture of inclusivity, stay on top of product trends, and motivate the team to achieve growth goals, with monthly bonus potential and access to employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Has 1-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Builds constructive and effective relationships within store teams.
• Demonstrates an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals.
• Displays an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store Associates at all levels.

Responsibilities
