Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead in Minnesota to drive store performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and ensure flawless execution of daily operations while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills to operate standard retail software.
• Experience in retail store environment is preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales with accountability to store goals and overall performance.
• Manage store operations including pricing, inventory, opening and closing procedures.
