Responsibilities

• Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for solutions and/or counseling, up to termination.
• Make recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings to ensure safety and policy adherence.
• Open and close the store on a schedule; ensure daily readiness and security.
