Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and manage associates; direct daily activities for peak performance.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain standards.
• Participate in ongoing leadership training and store leadership development.
