Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and sales data.
• Effective communication with staff and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; familiarity with inventory control and loss prevention.
