Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Dalton, GA. You will lead a multi‑million dollar store operation, mentor a team, and drive sales while upholding Burlington values.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, professional leadership, and team development across merchandising, operations, and service. You will manage staffing, budget, and daily store tasks, delivering a world‑class shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfill individual responsibilities and standards.
• Coordinate with Merchandising to optimize product placement and promotions.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and lead by example following Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi‑million dollar sales and budget reporting.
