Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single geolocated Panda Express store in Georgia. You’ll hire, coach, and direct associates to deliver strong financial results and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and develop store team through training and mentorship.
