The Men's Wearhouse, LLC is seeking a Store Manager for 7295 Arroyo Crossing Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV. You will lead the store team to achieve sales and service goals through coaching, development, and operational excellence. Recruit, hire, train, and nurture a high‑performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will model company values, communicate priorities, and leverage data to drive productivity, implement programs, and maintain brand standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-years’ experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams.
• Creative, well‑rounded leader with good judgement and business sense.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office and video conferencing.
• Able to operate a computer and POS system.
