Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years in retail sales; or 2 years with 1 year of management.
• Diamond Council of America certification preferred; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to meet sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Coach and develop store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Represent brand visuals and ensure store merchandising aligns with marketing.
• Schedule and manage opening/closing shifts for optimal coverage.
• Monitor inventory controls and shrink reduction.
