Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.

• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record — you will be driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee team sales activities, approve rentals, monitor revenue and growth.
• Operations & account management: oversee customer accounts and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Leadership: manage profits, assets, inventory, pricing, cash handling, store security, and problem resolution.
• Coworker management: train, schedule, hire, and retain store staff, maximize retention and service quality.
