Five Below Store Manager is sought to lead from the floor, energize a team, and deliver results in a dynamic, high‑volume environment. You will balance operations, staff development, and customer wow moments to create an exceptional store experience.

You will coach, manage labor, drive sales, and cultivate a positive, high‑energy culture. The role requires extensive leadership experience, internal promotion is a plus, and readiness to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate computer and printer; may use cash register.
• Retrieve and stock from stockroom using ladders.
• Move on the sales floor directing associates and assisting customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs and merchandise to 5‑10 ft.
• Operate ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.
