Signet Jewelers Limited, operating Banter by Piercing Pagoda, is seeking a Store Manager in Maryland to drive sales, supervise staff, and uphold customer standards. You will lead the team, recruit, train, and manage P&L to meet profit goals.

The role offers base pay of $20.70–$30.00 per hour plus commission, with final pay determined by experience. Availability to work days, nights, and weekends is required, along with strong customer service and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties.
