GPM Investments is seeking a Store Manager for Store 552 in Council Bluffs, IA. Take full ownership of store operations, lead a team of 8-15 across shifts, and be the go-to person for coverage, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 8-15 employees across shifts.
• Ability to work any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in inventory, banking, and merchandising.
• Knowledge of safety and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team across all shifts.
• Work coverage across shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform duties of store employees including register, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver service and upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with valid license and reliable transportation.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and manage deli/QSR operations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
