CosmoProf is seeking a Store Manager in Ann Arbor to lead a dynamic team, elevate the customer experience, oversee store operations, and drive sales while controlling expenses and inventory.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service/retail and 1 year in sales management; cosmetology license is a plus but not required; must be 18+. We offer product discounts, training, growth opportunities, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience desirable.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer receives an excellent experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, manage budget, expenses, inventory.
