Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company, is seeking a Store Manager in Allen, TX to lead a team, deliver outstanding customer service, hit sales goals, and maintain high visual merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee staffing, training, inventory, store operations, and loss prevention, while coaching employees to grow and uphold Skechers brand values. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Prior retail or hospitality leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal forms.
• Sales skills and a proven ability to meet retail targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to drive sales and customer service.
• Ensure high-quality product presentation and store layout.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of store employees.
• Manage store systems, inventory, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures.
