Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Lead and develop staff to drive store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
