Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and drive financial and guest satisfaction goals. You will lead hiring, supervision, and daily operations while preparing for advancement along the General Manager development path.

The role includes a 12+ week leadership training program and opportunities for growth into higher management roles, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Support the development path and training for future General Managers.
