The Store Manager will hire, train, and develop staff, schedule shifts, manage cash handling and daily reports, and drive store profitability while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory (management) experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, sales, and operations management for the location.
• Lead a friendly, service-oriented team and set a high-energy pace.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop staff to company standards.
• Manage schedules, performance feedback, and discipline as needed.
• Contribute to store profitability by increasing sales and controlling costs.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, and equipment standards.
