Stonebrier Automotive Services is seeking a Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location. This role leads hands-on operations, delivers staff training, ensures safety, and drives guest service excellence, while guiding the team to achieve store performance targets.

The Store Manager will motivate the team, oversee financial performance, and maintain an energetic, engaging workplace. Prior vehicle maintenance experience is helpful, with training offered and a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle maintenance preferred but not required.
• If you have stable work history in a physical environment with management experience we can train you.
• A current and valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to store teammates and drive operational objectives.
• Coordinate and deliver staff training.
