Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years retail management/supervisory experience
• Ability to operate POS/Cash Register and supervise staff
• Valid Driver's license and proof of insurance
• Pass background check including Criminal and Sex Offender Registry
• Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects, operate a telephone and scale
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Perform repetitive tasks
