Job Summary

Position title: Store Manager

Reports to: District Manager

As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of your store, ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas through effective collaboration with your District Manager.

You will adhere to market‑specific legal requirements, company policies, risk, and compliance structures, and maintain a full overview of your store while leading your team members to ensure efficient workflows, great guest experiences, and high‑quality products.

Your success depends on your ability to lead, develop, and retain a highly engaged team; on meeting cost budgets, sales targets, and EBITDA through existing and new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your team in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
• Recruit, pre‑board, and onboard team members; build a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop and motivate staff through feedback, training, and team meetings to achieve engagement metrics.
• Ensure a guest‑first approach and build strong guest relationships within the community.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Create optimal shift plans considering seasonality, local events and staffing needs; manage absence, onboarding, off‑boarding, and ensure compliance with contractual, union and legal requirements.
• Own stock handling, including counting, ordering and managing waste to stay within target limits.
• Manage performance to build sales and optimize EBITDA to meet KPI targets.

Key Qualifications

Key Performance Indicators

• Hygiene standard, pest and fire safety control, and overall 4‑wall compliance.
• Employee engagement score, employee turnover and quick quits.
• Guest metrics: returning guests, app conversions, complaints, waiting time, product availability, store audits.
• Store performance: sales target, waste, salary cost, productivity, overhead cost, and 4‑wall EBITDA.
