About the Team:

The Store Manager will be a passionate Pandora enthusiast. As the Store Manager, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves engaging with customers on the sales floor and leading your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

To qualify, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills demonstrating care and professionalism.
  • The ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • Business acumen and analytical skills to deliver results.
  • Experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining talented teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
  • Be at least 18 years old with proof of identity and work eligibility.
  • A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
