Job summary

L’Oréal USA is seeking a Kiehl’s Keyholder to support store leadership in Chicago. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain brand image and store standards.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager, training new staff, and executing visuals and education tools to engage customers. The role requires retail cosmetics experience and flexible weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Analytical skills are required to assess customers and sales.
• Basic computer skills for POS and inventory tasks.
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.

What You Will Do:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl’s family as a Keyholder. This position is responsible for assisting Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store’s business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
• Analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin

Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
