Job summary

Signet Jewelers in New York is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control and brand representation. You will coach and develop a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will guide staff, implement corporate initiatives, and ensure proper store visuals while promoting a People First culture and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in retail sales, or 2 years plus 1 year in management.
• Diamond Council of America certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop staff to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain brand representation.
• Manage inventory, store visuals, and execution of corporate initiatives.
• Plan schedules and drive performance to meet sales quotas.
