Luxottica's Sunglass Hut at Pentagon City is seeking a Store Manager to lead on the floor, coach the team, and model The Sunglass Hut Experience. You will guide daily operations, deliver strong customer service, and ensure the store reflects the brand's integrity and style.

In this role you will drive sales, recruit and train staff, manage merchandising, and develop associates through performance feedback and development plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in store operations.
• Detail-oriented with execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives.
• Drives sales by continually identifying opportunities to achieve both personal and store goals.
• Leads by example by coaching, developing, mentoring and inspiring the team to enhance store performance.
• Networks, recruits, hires to staffing needs, and trains using onboarding tools.
• Develops customer relationships through interaction and feedback.
• Acts as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand.
• Builds the Sunglass Hut brand by consistently executing brand standards.
• Stays adept at knowing the product and fashion trends.
