Support for your growth includes guidance from your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Note: Selection as an SMIT does not guarantee promotion to Store Manager. Promotions depend on performance, availability, and other factors. Candidates must be willing to transfer within the market and work flexible schedules.
Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or GED; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Relevant retail management experience or CVS supervisory experience is also valued.
