Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to perform the essential duties, responsibilities, and work conditions described below.
• Ability to supervise and train employees in equipment, tools, and materials as per CSR and ASM roles.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR and ASM roles.
• Computer skills, including report analysis, inventory control, cash control, and counseling notices.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stock, organization, and appearance according to standards.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, and separation.

Site Relationships

• Build positive relationships with suppliers.
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive community image.

Training and Development

• Provide timely performance feedback and appraisals.
• Ensure employees are trained in customer service, site image, and safety procedures.

Communication

• Ensure effective communication with employees and management through meetings and updates.

Organizing and Planning

• Develop action plans to meet site goals.
• Maintain site files and manuals.
• Supervise reporting, merchandising, and employment posters.

Financial

• Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Manage budgets, margins, and safeguard cash.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning and maintenance.
• Occasional exposure to cold temperatures and noise.
• Work independently and lead effectively.
