Availability - Shift/Days: Flexible Availability

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in retail sales preferred
  • Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities as described
  • Ability to supervise and train staff, including use of equipment and tools
  • Proficiency in computer skills related to report analysis, inventory, cash control, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings
  • English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills
Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage site cleanliness, stock levels, and organization
  • Maintain professional image and employee scheduling
  • Implement fair management practices in hiring, training, and counseling
Site Relationships
  • Build positive relationships with suppliers
  • Address customer complaints professionally and promptly
  • Promote a safe and positive community image
Training and Development
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback
  • Train employees on customer service, safety, and site standards
Communication
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with employees and managers
Organizing and Planning
  • Develop action plans to meet site goals
  • Maintain site files and supervise report completion
  • Ensure merchandise is well-stocked and displays are attractive
Financial
  • Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits
  • Manage budgets, margins, and safeguard financial assets
Working Conditions
  • Primarily indoor work with outdoor tasks like cleaning
  • Exposure to temperature extremes and noise
  • Work independently and demonstrate leadership
