The SMIT will gain hands‑on experience and develop leadership skills necessary for the role of a Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Support the Store Manager in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring product availability.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills in customer service, merchandising, and team leadership.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
