Qualifications

Inventory management knowledge and merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
Aid in merchandising and staging merchandise according to established practices and directions.
Assist in all aspects of inventory management and participate in inventories.
Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
Provide superior customer service leadership.
Follow store procedures and policies as outlined in manuals.
Participate in opening and closing activities.
Ensure safe deposit of company funds.
Support cash controls and security practices.
Maintain clean, well‑stocked stores and safe environment.
Operate store in manager's absence.
Review operating statements for trends and profitability.
Complete paperwork according to guidelines and deadlines.
