Qualifications

• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50 mile radius
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified must be current and valid

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Participate in a leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for duties
