The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience and be motivated to create a positive environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory, and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
