Job summary

You’ll recruit and develop associates, delegate daily tasks, ensure policy compliance, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and customer service standards. A quarterly bonus is offered upon performance goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training and coaching.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate.
• Help store reach maximum profit contribution.
