You will receive on-the-job training to manage merchandising, placement, and store signage while using effective display techniques to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.

You will recruit and develop store associates, coach on operations, ensure compliance with policies, and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.

• Recruit and hire store associates.
